good buy, almost no marking.
I needed this book for my summer class and it was a last minute sign up and was freaking out would not come on time. But it did! Thank you.
I rented this book and I am very happy with it. It did come with some answers written in with pencil, so I do have to erase, but I am not that lazy to complain about it. ) I just simple erase before I start the chapter. It came speedy and in good condition!
Concise and easy to understand, can easily cover all the chapters in 10 weeks and it even tells you what is optional! For first timers this may be a bit challenging to understand but not too tough. This book makes learning biostatistics a bit easier.
PERFECT MATCH FOR WPI COURSE MUCH CHEAPER
Took an statistics class that was self taught and was very successful which I think would have been impossible with a bad textbook. Keeps concepts pretty simple and straightforward.
My professor said there are many mistakes in this book that were not in the earlier editions; if I had the choice, I would've gone with the 3rd edition because it was cheaper and basically the same as the 4th edition. All in all though, a good statistics intro textbook.
